- Navigate Town Planning Board and Zoning variance approval process to garner approvals for Federal Stimulus Grant

- Created numerous conceptual layouts, reduced to optimal layout for response and safety. Found creative approace to co-utilize adjacent Town Police public entry and off-hour parking
- Led all team members to coordinated, fast-track approach through the regulatory process. All approvals in place prior to the grant application
