- Find land in a heavily developed area that was affordable and suitable for Firematic response
- Design an a site with several constraints including a flood plain, utility easement setbacks and other town and code requirements
Accomplishments:
- Developed design that fit needs and saved owner the cost of purchasing additional, unnecessary parcels
- Worked closely with all the consultants to coordinate the designs to take advantage of or avoid the site constraints in a cost-effective solution
